The ballroom for the wedding I attended was very nice, but

the room could have been better. It was a bit small and lacked a view. Check-in was smooth, but amenities were limited. The staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable, making it a decent overnight stay.

Had an awesome time with friends catching spooky sips & boozy potions and enjoying a delectable buffet for Halloween. The place is easy to walk to all the fun spots. The beds were super comfy, there was great coffee available, and it felt safe with the room card lock system. Perfect if you're looking for a fun night out.

The only downside was the lack of food service during our stay, which was a bit disappointing after a long day of activities.

This place is in the heart of the city, super easy to walk to shows at the arena. The room was unique and comfy, and the shower was amazing! Just a heads-up, the parking can be tricky since we lucked out with street parking. You might wanna check out the snack bar for a quick bite.

I was extremely frustrated with the parking situation. Instead of a convenient valet service, I had to deal with on-street meter parking. It also took forever to get into my room with the confusing key situation—they made it harder than necessary.

Checked in for a night right before a big seminar and the location was perfect next to everything. The room was spacious and the shower was excellent, felt like I was in a high-end place.

It wasn’t cheap but honestly, with what we got, it was still fine.

This was a top selection for a budget stay in Grand Rapids with good value. The rainfall shower head in the huge king deluxe room was a nice touch. Be prepared for the city’s atmosphere when heading outside.
